Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You have then 14 days to return the item(s). Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse used, damaged, or written-on merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items.

Returns Instructions

To get a refund as quickly as possible, please follow this guide:

  1. Send us an email to cards@flokkr.com and quote your Order ID if possible. Let us know what item(s) you want to return and whether it is due to damage, wrong item or otherwise (that’s fine, don’t worry).
  2. Wait until we get back to you with instructions. Please do not send anything until we told you to do so.
  3. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging so that the contents stay protected.
  4. Post the item(s) within 14 days as directed.

Once we have received and verified your return, we will issue a refund for the items returned. We cannot refund cost for shipping or packaging.

Defective Items

In the rare occurrence that you have received a faulty product (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), or a product in error, please notify our customer service by email to cards@flokkr.com with a description and photos attached of the faulty item(s).

Please note that defective items sent back to us without approval from our customer service, will not be reimbursed.


Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (usually your credit or debit card). Usually we will issue refunds within one business day, but sometimes it may take several days for the refund to appear on you card or bank statement.
